The cuisine at Hoogan & Beaufort and its chef-owner, Marc-André Jetté, is modern, precise and refined. Intransigent on quality, choice of products, taste and creative approach, we do not use any processed products. We are proud to work on precise balances of flavors and textures in order to offer a menu that is constantly renewed: elegant, contemporary and that highlights local talents, all within the industrial setting of the Angus shops in Montreal.
To highlight an anniversary or a special occasion, hoogan and beaufort can host groups from 8 to 90 guests.
As we wish to assure a quality experience to all our guests, we propose a tasting menu for the entire party. In case of a private event, chef marc-andré will be happy to collaborate with you and build a personalized menu for your event.
All parties require a deposit for confirmation of reservation.
